I began to come out of hiding in January 2019 & its become my purpose and passion to help others do the same!
No More Hiding, those 3 little unassuming words became the most unexpectedly powerful words, (even more powerful than I Love You), that have literally changed the trajectory of my life!
What began as a way to motivate myself to become more visible on social media to promote my business, turned 2019 into a life changing year, that not only helped me to become more visible, it helped me wake up, face my fears, find love for myself & propelled me into a life of exciting adventure I could have never anticipated.

Before I get to know you, here’s a little about me to get us started.
- I'm a 40 something woman that loves seeing heart centered entrepreneurs thrive.
- I spent most of my life hiding!
- Fear held me paralyzed for a long time.
- I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard & loved.
- I believe that learning to love yourself is key to coming out of hiding.
- I believe that you can become a magnet to draw the right people to you.
- I believe that everyone has potential to achieve anything they set their mind to.
- I'm Scottish & proud to still have my accent.
