Hi I'm Karen, its nice to somewhat meet meet you.
I am so happy that the universe has helped you find your way to me, because I believe that people come into our lives at the right time for the right reasons.
Over the past 2 years I have lived this No More Hiding life. In the first year things started small, I had no idea at the time of the power and momentum that this No More Hiding concept would create. It ended up changing the course of my life. Throughout 2020, this second year of living a No More Hiding life, I have been privately coaching client's to live fuller more vibrant life's, sharing my life publicly and walking the walk that you are about to embark on. I'm not a guru and I'm not going to be everything you will ever need, but I am real and I am passionate about helping you at this special moment in time.
Through the work, I discovered that I had been hiding since I was 7 years old, you could say I'm a pro at hiding in all of its many layers and facets. It's why I am unequally positioned to help you out of hiding because I am very familiar with the nuances of this way of living and I am now very aware of how to come out of hiding to live a bigger, brighter life that you are just dreaming about right now.
As an online business owner, this also positions me very well in understanding how to help you become more visible for your business in ways that won't scare the bejesus out of you, so that you can attract the right clients to you with ease and ultimately reach more people that need your help.

Together we are going to create a No More Hiding Life Plan, with each day having an internal as well as external focus.
Internally we will dive deeper and deeper to reveal parts of yourself that you thought were lost or you had forgotten about, giving you the tools to keep doing the internal work long after the retreat.
Externally you will understand how to apply these realizations into the real world in order for you to live a No More Hiding Life both personally and professionally, walking away with a clear plan that you can implement into your business upon your return.

Accommodation
You will be living with me in a luxury penthouse apartment in a very secure gated community, part of Bahia Principle Residences in Tulum, Mexico.
This is your guest suite with en-suite bathroom, open plan sitting room and kitchen area with outdoor patio, overlooking a beautiful PGA golf course and next door to the TAO Wellness Center.
And yes! The appartment, the landscaping, the pools, the sculptures that are dotted all over the community, are all even more gorgeous in person.
Additionally you will also have access to all 4 of the 5 star Bahai Principle Resorts that surround us, including Luxury Bahia Principle Sian Ka'an, Bahia Principle Luzury Akumal, Bahia Principle Tulum, Grand Bahia Principle Coba, with regular buggy transportation right to the beach.

All Food and Beverages
You will be provided with a fruit salad breakfast, fruit juice, tea & coffee to get your day going.
Depending on the day, we will be eating a healthy lunch at the accommodation or at a beach restaurant.
Most evenings we will be eating at amazing restaurants, with access to 2x, 5 star Bahai Principle Resorts, Luzury Tulum or Grand Akumal.
If you have food intolerances, don't worry, I am gluten free myself and follow a lowfodmap diet. Happy to accommodate you as required with no fuss and the restaurants here have amazing chefs that are very flexible too.

All Excursions
You get to choose your half day excursion. It could be a trip to see the Mayan ruins, a sunset cruise or Xcaret water park. I have personal experience of visiting all 3 of the above options which are all fabulous. Yes I take my research seriously lol....
In addition, you get to choose your preferred type of luxury massage on the beach. I can attest to this being an amazzzzinggggg experience.
